Our Creator
Blair-Ann Lauinger is the creator behind Loe’s Light. A Reiki Master, Spiritual and Educational Teacher, and Astrology and Tarot enthusiast. Blair-Ann’s path is one of purpose. A series of sparks led her to Leo’s Light in the same way that you have found yourself here. As a little girl, Blair-Ann was rooted firmly in the natural world. Drawn to plants and the energy that Mother Nature holds, she knew her purpose dwelled in the beautiful connections between the physical world and the spiritual realm. With earth’s elements as her tools and energy as her guide, her journey began to unfold.
Blair-Ann is a certified teacher who has been working with small children for over 10 years. In working with these highly sensitive beings, she can’t help but see how beautifully connected their minds, bodies, and souls truly are. They experience emotions in their truest forms, laughing and crying with their entire bodies. They plant bare feet directly on the earth, tilt their little faces to the sky to soak in sunbeams, and enter each moment with an openness and curiosity that welcomes each of life’s gifts in their entirety. She draws endless inspiration from the children she’s had the privilege of sharing space and learning with over the years. In all aspects of her life and work, Blair-Ann flows towards that pure, playful energy filled with creativity, wonder, and experimentation.
When Blair-Ann had her son in 2015, she felt that her life and her purpose cracked wide open. She felt called to pursue energy healing and spirituality in a deeper way. She embarked upon further training and became a Reiki Master in 2017.
Our Journey
Leo’s Light is a manifestation of many learnings, gifts, and intentions. Having struggled with her skin in various ways, our founder felt called to put forth products that combined natural elements, healing energy, and spiritual skincare.
Our Creator, Blair-Ann, had always struggled with her skin. From dryness to acne to eczema, she found herself frustrated and feeling like she had exhausted all her options. Having always turned to the natural world for answers, she ended up finding a solution in oil based products. For the first time in a long time, she was beginning to see her inner self again.
As she delved deeper into the world of Reiki and energy healing, Blair-Ann began to realize the powerful connection between our skin and our emotions. She felt a strong pull to create a skincare line that not only addressed the physical symptoms but also the emotional and energetic root causes. She knew what she had to do, and while it was an absolute leap of faith, the faith far outweighed the fear.
She began experimenting with different ingredients, infusing each product with Reiki energy to help balance and heal the skin from the inside out. She found that the products not only helped to moisturize her skin, but they also left her feeling more balanced and peaceful. Soon enough, Leo’s Light came to fruition and Blair-Ann had created a line of natural skincare products to nourish the skin and the soul.
Our Method
We understand that oil-based, reiki infused skincare products aren’t exactly mainstream. So, let us give you a little more insight on what the process behind the products looks like. If you’re not familiar with Reiki, it’s a form for energy healing based on the belief that energy flows through all things. When this energy is low or blocked, it can lead to physical and emotional barriers or imbalances. Reiki practitioners like Blair-Ann use their hands to channel energy to promote balance and healing.
When a product is “reiki infused,” it means that the creator has used reiki energy to pass healing vibrations into the products. So, when you use Leo’s Light products, you will not only benefit from the physical properties of the product but also from the healing energy infused within it.
Blair-Ann channels energy throughout the entire production process. Each of the carrier and essential oils are selected mindfully. Not only does the energy she channels help infuse the products, but it also offers her energetic pulls towards the ingredients she’s selecting and the benefits she wants to put forth.
